Kamione / Tonsen Art Toys Goku Listings

On AliExpress, there are a bunch of listings for Kamione Goku that are priced at £60, which is crazy to me considering all the ebay listings are like £100. Wtf is going on ?
Is this legit, or is it like a bootleg of a bootleg?

I was doing some digging, and found out that many voice actors from the infamous 4kids entertainment worked together to create dubs of mockbusters, some anime, and even live action dubs with the company 'Audioworks Producers Group'.
This was way before they would go onto work with 4kids, but like its still really funny. I wonder how the two companies are connected, and if there is a reason many of the talent in Audioworks went over to 4kids.
Here's some stuff I found that interested me: Dan Green of Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters was the narrator in a film about boobs! ( https://dubbing.fandom.com/wiki/Big_Boobs_Buster )
Lisa Ortiz (Amy, Serenity, and the director of the English Dub of Pokemon) and Mike Pollock (Eggman) have roles in a mockbuster of Disney's Up ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2751084/?ref_=mv_close )
Jason Griffith, the previous voice of Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog, has a role in the dubbing of a North Korean kids' cartoon, which is super violent for some reason ( https://dubbing.fandom.com/wiki/Squirrel_and_Hedgehog )
There's probably a bunch I missed, but this is all kinda interesting to me. Another entry to add to the 4kids iceberg ig lol
