This was my best pizza yet! So perfectly good .

Under the cheese I did an olive oil garlic and sprinkled dry oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.

I've been grilling pizza lately to keep the heat out of the house. Store bought neapolitan dough. One pizza is just cheese(for kids) and the other is tomato, kalamata olives, basil, ricotta cheese
