I have a family member arriving at the start of July for a month.
I have no experience with tourist visas as I live here but I've been told you can do it all online now?
Any feedback? Is the site good? Do you just print out a bit of paper and show it to the border officials when arriving? Do they ask for any more money or does the whole process actually work ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Madagascar and have done for the last 15 years. I have family visiting us from the UK in July and we'll drive up to Diego.
On the way, we'll stop at Ambanja then Ankarana and whilst in Diego, we'll do a day trip to Montagne d'Ambre.

It's been a few years since I've been to either of these parks (in fact the excellent guide I had in Ankarana is already dead!) so I'm looking for the best guides (English speaking preferably but we speak Malagasy and French) in Ankarana and Montagne d'Ambre.

Normally we take ornithologist guides but even a general guide for birds, lemurs and chameleons would be fine.
