In the campaign that I'm writing I'm creating this sort of evil company that's focused on fiendish experiments. The idea is that a human wizard wants to exert control over devils but I'm not really sure if its possible for a devil to make a pact with a human where the human is the one in control. or if a devil can make a pact with another devil

I found this homebrew monk subclass pointy hat made while on YouTube and it looked really cool but I was wondering how strong/weak it is and how it measures up to the other monk subclasses
