To all the brothers who play DCD
So, brothers, I wanted to talk a bit about mental health. It might seem silly, but I’ve seen accounts of stress—and especially anger—after losing matches, or even directed at teammates. Games are meant to be fun, a distraction; life is often stressful—dealing with goals, family, or personal issues—so we want to step away from that reality for a while and be entertained. I won’t lie and say I don’t care about losing, but the problem arises when it affects who we are. That happened to me a lot when I was a beginner: I saw my behavior becoming chaotic. I’d lose my patience with people who had nothing to do with my gaming struggles, keep obsessively playing more and more, and feel worse because it stopped being fun. It turned into a matter of honor—my reputation, the investment I’d made in the game, reaching the highest rank—but I still wasn't happy. There are bigger, more important things than winning or losing a game. I realized I was missing out on good moments with people who loved me, and failing to connect with or get to know new people. I was isolating myself, thinking only about in-game goals, and that’s not healthy. So, friends, play to have fun. Don’t let the game become a job or something that sacrifices the valuable things in your life. You all have worth and deserve love. I hope everyone finds someone to love and finds happiness—without forgetting your personal goals, of course. Study, work, and prosper; you deserve more than just reaching the peak of a game—reach the peak of the game of life.
I really want to understand why they haven't released a Jalen Brunson character yet. I'm not even a Knicks fan, but it's unforgivable that, after everything he's done, especially this last season... I love this game so much, and for me it's the best in the genre by far, so developers, make it happen
Man, my luck with this game is on point—I guess I have to learn how to play with SGA and Mourning now; this is the second time I've won an exclusive jersey for free.
Bro, what potentials do you use on Curry? Does a dribbling build or a movement build make more sense? Since the previous buff changed his dribbling, do you think he plays better on-ball or off-ball?
Haliban
Bro, Haliburton is so smooth—he feels great to play with. I’m sure people will eventually learn to guard him more effectively, but his dribbling and quick release are really interesting—and don't get me started on his passing... it’s fun racking up assists and running more intricate plays with him. I actually think he’s a better offensive option than CP3, with an insanely good passing game—even though I get that they have different playstyles. Defensively, CP3 is a beast when used right, but I love what Hali brings to the offense. Finally, I’ll have a PG other than Curry who can draw double teams and dish out high-quality, easy assists. I just hope people don't play selfishly with Hali; it’s a waste to use him only for iso plays when he has such incredible passing ability.
