Hello guys, I’m looking for a good 2 way lock that will help me get to peak in solo. I want them to have a good iso bag while also having great defense and I’m thinking between three options at the moment:
Jaylen brown
Jayson Tatum
Jrue holiday
Who is the best choice here?
I’ve been playing for about a year now and ever since I’ve always favoured locks or bigs to scorers.
The best streak with a “scorer” I’ve had is Russ even though he isn’t considered in the same tier as guys like Wade, AI, SGA etc. Recently I’ve been losing my mind trying to learn Pierce and it just isn’t clicking.
Do you guys think it’s essential to have variety in the roles on your roster or is it feasible to just double down on getting all the locks built up as well as a few big men?
Wemby has been out for some time now and peoplenare really discouraged , seeing players not perform like they were expecting to. But why is he so highly regarded in Taiwan?
First of all ,people should compromise and run specific playstyles when they have a wemby on their team. The whole purpose of a Stretch is so tje paint is open. This means you should only take dunks as a guard. No reason to force 3s in iso. If you get contested and your big is on the perimeter thats basically a lost posession. Of course you won't see this in solo queue. People try forcing 3s.
You need a good lockdown teamate. Why? If your guard can almost guarantee a 2 in every possesion with the big outsidw of the paint, and your lockdown can guard shots ,its on you to block layups and dunks. This way their scorimg will become hard and yours just a matter of pressing dunk.
Focus on defense, not offense. Wembys real strenght is his defensive stacks. Stop dribbling and forcing plays. Just stay on the outside and wait for a pass. Convert offensive stacks to defensive if you are out every now and then as well.
To summarize ,wemby was made to be this God and gave yall abnormal expectations. You still need good decision making and a team to run with you. Give him a chance and dont let these mediocre players discourage you.
I think I may have triggered the dunk animation instead of the layup because I was fast enough stopping the middy to remain in the 3 meter line, not sure tho.
Faking shot with Malone and just to let Wemby use his 1 Shield Stack is Amazing. I can also box him out by a lot for Rebound.
Rats for me: AI, SGA, Curry, Klay, Wembanyama, Dirk, Rodman, Wade
Dawgs for me: McCollum, Fu Zhi, Brown, Lopez, (Not lazy) Wallace's, Brooks, Westbrook

Who do yall recommend? Tryna play a pass first guard but also have good defense and can score occasionally when needed.. which player would be better for that role?
