At this point, global is getting the short stick when it comes to updates. It’s no clear sign of where things are going.

I just realized a lot of the higher rank players are on PC, I’m in legend 4 as a mobile player and barely stand a chance.

Honestly, just looking back at the player drops for DCD. Blake is the most reasonable option. The last PF to drop was Dray. Also, Blake got a slight buff recently. If they drop Tmac, that’s 3 guards in 2 seasons.

The devs will have to figure out a way to keep current characters useful as more characters drop. Players like AD, Gasol, Malone, Curry, and more have fallen out of the meta.
