As I've been working on a new Companion Bot, I've noted that the profile pictures seem to have their tops and bottoms sheared off. What's the default size for pics that I should target,

I must be missing something basic mechanically -- How is it that I have companions up that have more "favorites" on them than they have had actual chats with users?
