GTA VI is the only hope we have for LA Noire 2, hear me out

Okay, so I recently started playing LA Noire and It strangely reminded me of another rockstar game, not GTA, Red dead redemption II. It's just a small detail but It's the "weight" of the playable character and the option to roam around interiors and analyze object, It immediately reminded me of RDR2.

With the latest GTA entry, Rockstar kinda tried to add some of their other games as activities of other gameplay systems :

The shooting felt a bit like Max Payne 3 and Michael even had bullettime as special ability.

There is a lot of heavy "racing game" aspect to GTA V with all the racing activities, car customization, and Franklin's special ability is literally bullettime for driving, I have not played Midnight club but I think they were trying to "serve" that audience with all those mechanics.

Trevor's bloodlust and his special ability will please any manhunt fan who just want to create chaos.

This is why I believe GTA VI will have a lot of LA Noire aspects or mechanics, maybe all the cases will be missions given by a specific character, maybe we play as jason back when he was a cop, or maybe It's just random activities, the reasons why they would want to do It is that they liked the original game so much they decided to publish It after Sony gave up on them and they literally carried the game through development hell for 7 years, over 10 years later there is no game to satisfy that same itch. The reason why they could easily do It is that all the tech is already built, If true, the new interior generating tech should create tons of explorable interiors that are customized and adapted to the situations, even Rdr2 already had all the tools to easily create cases. You could loot NPCs for letters, you could interact with letters, notes, books, and other types of documents, etc. literally everything is there for LA Noire type missions.

How do I increase patroling/roaming enemies ?

I got to that point where I finished all enemy camps, my weapons are completely upgraded, my bond with the wolf perfected, but I don't have a lot of oportunnities to unlash all that on enemies, I recently finished the bounties too, I think I'm 5 to 10 quests away from finishing the main story so I'm reluctant to do that.

So every time I get ambushed or meet roaming enemies It's a joy, how do I increase the number of patroling/roaming enemies that walk around Ezo ? I've avoided collecting my bounty posters because I thought the game would frequently send bounty hunters to chase me like in RDR2 but I haven't seen any since the game started. Is there a charm of some sort I can use ?

I saw jin's ghost

While playing the storm blade quest, I got to the part where you chase the nine tails and see Jin's house, expecting to be jumped by those mf, I used the "listening" skill to check If they were waiting for me in the house, they were not, but something was, a stag, at first I thought It was weird but nothing more, and then I entered the house and It was empty, the stag disappeared somehow, is It supposed to be Jin Sakai's spirit or something ?

Let's talk about Kishimoto's work

I'm not talking about Masashi, I'm talking about Seichi, his twin brother.

I remember discovering that masashi has a twin brother and he's a mangaka too and finding that so cool, I've read that masashi's fans found his artstyle and even narrative style so similar to masashi's that he was accused of plagiarizing masashi's work, masashi had to step in and tell his fans to cool down because they grew up reading and drawing the same thing so of course their work is similar.
I did try to read his work though, I didn't like Satan 666 very much but gosh did I love Blazer Drive, the art is cool, and I liked the plot and mc. For those of you who didn't know about this guy and his work, here are the wikipedia summaries :

Blazer Drive :
Taking place in a futuristic style of Tokyo, Japan. Society has harnessed the power of the elements into items known as "Mystickers" which give off various effects depending on which is used and can be applied to everyday housework or even combat. Daichi is a young teen that resents his older brother but finds comfort in his dealings with friends. After an encounter with some bullies Daichi discovers he has the potential to become a Blazer, people who are able to apply these "Mystickers" unto their skin without causing harm to their own bodies. It isn't after another deadly encounter with an unknown assailant of an organization that's targeting him that Daichi learns of his fate and that of his brother. At the cost of something precious, Daichi sets out to reclaim that which was taken, embarking on a dangerous quest with a new resolve and a powerful "Mysticker" of his own.

Satan 666 :
O-Parts (オーパーツ, Ō Pātsu), named after out-of-place artifacts (OOPArts), are ancient relics found throughout the world, left by an extinct civilization from before mankind existed.^([3]) They are primarily used as weapons or forms of transportation, but many are tools for tasks such as cooking. The people who are able to use O-Parts are known as O.P.T.s (オプト, Oputo; O-Part Tacticians), who are able to release their Spirit (スピリッツ, Supirittsu) and focus it into the O-Part, which it then absorbs and uses as energy to activate a special Effect (エフェクト, Efekuto), usually of a fantastic nature.^([3]) There are some cases when the Effect of a single O-Part varies for each person who uses it, due to their Spirits being different.^([4]) O-Parts are appraised and given a ranking out of seven, from E to SS, based on its effect, difficulty to use, and power. O-Parts ranked A or above are extremely powerful and are supposed to be handed over to the government.^([5])

Throughout the world, there are ten Angels (天使, Tenshi) and ten Demons (悪魔, Akuma) with amazing powers that are sealed within humans. They are being searched for by the Stea Government (Angels) and the Zenom Syndicate (Demons) who want to insert them within the Kabbalah (正カバラ, Sei Kabara; lit. "Positive Kabbalah") and the Reverse Kabbalah (逆(リバース)カバラ, Gyaku (Ribāsu) Kabara), that are found on the North and South Pole respectively. A legend tells that when either Kabbalah is filled, a super weapon called the Legendary O-Part (伝説のオーパーツ, Densetsu no Ō Pātsu) will be awoken. As such, Angels and Demons are often referred to as Recipes (レシピ, Reshipi).

Set in the near future, it tells the story of a teenage girl named Ruby Crescent who wants to become a treasure hunter, following in the footsteps of her father. Her objective is to find O-Parts: magical items hidden in ruins which grant people fantastical powers and can only be used by an O.P.T. (O-Part Tactician). She soon meets a mysterious boy named Jio Freed who, due to having a dark, lonely past, seeks to conquer the world. Jio is hostile to her at first but ends up traveling with Ruby as her bodyguard. When Ruby is attacked by an O.P.T., who claims to be Satan, Jio rushes to her rescue and a battle occurs. Initially they are on the losing side, but Jio releases his true power and is revealed to be not only an O.P.T., but the real Satan. Thus, the two continue to travel together in hopes of achieving their dreams.
