I have family in Washington State and whenever I visit my sister-in-law buys gluten free foods for me. Franz makes excellent multi-grain bread that I had previously. This time she bought the hamburger buns. So, so good. Not dry or crumbly. Good size. I loved them. Brought the leftovers back to California with me. They are not available in my local stores, unfortunately. I can pay a fortune for them on Amazon, but don’t know how well they would tolerate the delivery delay. Try these if they are in your area. I like Schar products and these were way better.
