Hello! Tough one here- I have a customer who had a buyout and paid with a rewards card. They did not get the rewards since the sale showed as "other' on their receipt instead of "dining" They want me to change this, and repeated attempts at Help with Toast went no where.

This isn't internal sales category, but the billing category.

FWIW we have been open for a loooong time and have never had this come up! Thank you for any help, this customer is being extremely rude and aggressive about this.
