Whole pc Issue after installing new gpu

I have a ryzen 3 3200g and 16gb 3200mhz of ram on my current pc, recently I just won an Rx 9060xt on a raffle. I am aware that my pc can't handle the gpu due to my cpu cannot accommodate the power of Rx 9060xt so the bottleneck is insanely high but I still used it since I don't want to sell it. After installing the gpu and It's graphics drivers many issue popped up, I can't put my ram to xmp mode and staying to 2666mhz and my biggest one is the hardware reserved ram which sucks because it ate 8gb and I can only use 4gb because of windows. I tried every solution like updating my bios, tinkering the maximum memory usage stuff like that nothing works, so I'm concluding that the issue comes from the cpu which cannot accommodate both the ram and gpu. Is there any solution or should I buy a higher cpu like ryzen 5 5500/5600?
