I know this is a starter dose. Not my first rodeo on glp. I was on compounded semaglutide and lost nothing first two months. What helped me was hearing stories from people that had little to no loss the first month or two. I would love to hear about people that are faring similarly. It will help me feel patient and keep working on the lifestyle part while the medication kicks in. The food nose coming back has been rough. I had to begin from the very start. I feel especially at night I am ravenous.

I just want to add: for everyone who lost a bunch from the get go, I am happy for you too. It’s just good to hear all of the experiences.
