Help with ID and care, please!
I have no idea what kind of Japanese maple this is. I moved into a house recently, and this was squat and growing like this. Is there a way I can get it to grow taller at this point or am I out of luck and it’s just short like this now? It’s really close to my house, and I’m thinking of transporting it to another part of my yard. Bad idea??
Also, I know the grass needs to be cut back. The previous owner mulched but there was no edging to prevent this growth. Please don’t hate me lol

I was driving down Bald Hill yesterday and noticed a Qdoba storefront that I’m pretty sure is new? I can’t find anything online about it, though. I’m 90% sure it’s in the Burger King shopping strip. Now I’m doubting myself haha
Anyone have any idea if a new one is opening there?
