coaching communication frequency

hi guys!
I’m new to having a coach so the dynamic is kind of new to me. i’m very detailed orientated so that leads me to ask a lot of questions that i feel like may be insignificant. 😬
I also feel like since my training style is so different now under my new coach, i have been adjusting to that and i want to give it a good shot before i ask for any adjustments. But some movements I just know there are substitutes that I would prefer (Ex machine vs dumbbell shoulder press).

I don’t want to be a burden to her by asking a ton of questions and talking about adjustments especially since she is in prep as well and has a lot of upcoming shows.
also i don’t want to seem uncoachable by questioning my plans or asking for adjustments in movements, because I 100% trust her whole heartedly 🙃 ! But then that leads me to not want to bring up issues i’m having in training because I feel guilty and like i’m questioning her program.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Is this just me being difficult as a client? Will this go away as I am with her for longer or is it something i should be concerned about??
Thank u guys all 🫶🫶

hi guys I really need some help/input 🙏
I left for my show depleted at my lowest weight 85.9 and didn’t bring a scale with me so that’s kind of what i keep in mind as my “scale weight”. my show was three and a half weeks ago and i have been reversing. the thing is whenever i raise my calories i gain like a pound per week which only being around 85 pounds is way too fast i feel like. I know i need to grow so its not like im at all against gaining the weight i just dont understand why i am gaining so rapidly. of course i understand its not all fat but my increases in my reverse have only been +50 or +25 calories (mostly from carbs). i’m about 88.3 now (3.5 weeks post show) and i cant help but feel like that rate of gain might be unhealthy. Does anyone have any input or know why this might be happening?
Also, i dont feel myself getting noticeably stronger from session to session or week to week. infact a lot of my lifts feel weaker than prep. I did change my training style and split a bit in order to set myself up for growth in my off season but i still feel as though with increases in food i should at least feel a bit stronger.
i’m willing to post any pictures if it helps.
sorry that was so long! i’m only 17 and i cant afford a coach and i am truly passionate about this sport and would really appreciate anyone’s help💕🫶 thank u all
