Quite a noob here. Trying to figure a decent setup for a small-medium sized room. Have had the OG Marshall Acton for the last 8 years, from back when it was the entry model. Want something with similar or better sound. Don’t want to spend as much either. For a budget of under Rs 10k, is it better to get a pair of bookshelf BT speakers or regular BT speakers like a JBL Flip? Don’t need too much portability, at best between two rooms. Would like some bass too.
Please recommend. I’ve seen some options like Edifier R33BT, R1280T and Audio Array AM-S1 online

I’m almost done with 4 months of treatment for pulmonary TB. Intense phase of meds are done but I’m still on Rifampicin, Isoniazid and Ethambutol in the continuation phase. Have put on 4-5kg since the start of treatment. Lower libido is something I have noticed for some time now. Wondering if this is a common symptom and how long does this last for usually? Can I expect normalcy only after I’m completely done with the meds?
