I just got a great deal on a Burberry coat but it arrived today and it smells like musty outside. If I keep it out of the bag too long, it stinks up my entire room.

This is my first time purchasing from them. I want to try dry cleaning it, but I’m scared that if I try that, they won’t accept a return, even though it wasn’t represented as having an odor.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

EDIT: I Was planning on dry cleaning it anyways because its second hand. What I am trying to gauge is other user's success with getting a refund from misrepresentation because of foul smell after dry cleaning (this changing the garment condition).
