hello! i just passed my interview with jpmorgan, but i didn’t disclose that i was terminated from my previous company. i do have my coe, though. i haven’t received any forms to fill out for the background check yet. would it be okay to disclose it in the form once i receive it, or should i contact hr about it now? please help 🥺
