Thoughts about qualitu of this painting?
Hello, I have got interested recently in paintings and I'm quite nubee and don't know much, but would like to learn.
There is something I liked about this painting, but I was wondering would it be considered quality painting or just amateur work, and what details would make it either?
Also, is anyone maybe familiar with painter, seems to be German, Kuntze, first letter of the name maybe L?
