EMERGENCY - CLEO WON'T CONNECT ME TO A HUMAN AND AI CANNOT UNDERSTAND THAT I CAN'T REPAY BECAUSE MY EMPLOYER (ILLEGALLY) WITHHELD MY PAY??? HOW TO CONNECT TO A HUMAN???
My repayment date is today and Cleo's AI cannot comprehend that my paycheck was also due today, but I did not receive my pay. The pay is ILLEGALLY late and Cleo's AI is trying to punish me for being the victim of a wage law violation.
Cleo's AI keeps telling me that I would have needed to extend my repayment date PRIOR to today, the repayment date.
Cleo's AI cannot understand that there was no way for me to anticipate that my employer would break the law.
The ONLY reason I can't repay the cash advance today is because I did not get paid today. And again, my pay is considered illegally withheld.
HOW CAN I SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEFORE THERE IS A LATE PAYMENT HELD AGAINST ME?
I can't stop crying and having panic attacks.
I've tried at least a dozen times through their app and email and Instagram to connect to a human and I only ever get AI that keeps just repeating that I needed to extend the date sooner (which would require me being psychic) and that I won't face late fees.
I have a 100% perfect on time payment history and that is far and away the strongest aspect of my credit score.
I have never once in my life made a late payment for anything.
But, I can't pay Cleo back and I can't connect to a human who might be able to understand that Cleo cannot penalize me for being the victim of a crime.
Please help, what do I do? I can't connect with any actual humans and AI keeps trying to "help" but keeps sending me in useless circles.
I keep asking for a human - I've asked in a million different ways and it's only ever the dumb AI
