Anything to do post game for fun? How about how to get those last 2 vehicles in performance and Emergency?

I'm at 89% on my profile and I'm at that point where a systemic approach doesn't seem good enough. I have a feeling I'm at the point where Im dealing with the most hidden of the hidden items. Should I pain stakingly comb through guide videos? Or does anyone have any tips to make the search easier? Heads up, I'm only missing stuff on the main open world. All missions are 100%

We used Instagram VC for the longest and we decided the VC quality was bad and went to SIGNAL. The call quality is better, but we're facing an issue where when we talk to each other, we have something playing in the BG. But when we do that, even when we minimize the volume to barely audible, we still sound like we're speaking through straws under water. Anyone got a fix for this?
