Has anyone else been misdiagnosed?

I am 2E. My IQ is 133. As a teenager, I was prescribed antidepressants because I was lonely and sad. My primary care thought it was depression. At 26, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and, at 30, with Bipolar I.

Just recently, at 43, I found out I am Autistic and do not have Bipolar Disorder. This misdiagnosis is really heavily impacting me because I was cycled through an insane amount of hardcore psych meds for BD that I never should have been prescribed. I am 43 and feel lost.

For the most part, my friends and family do not seem to understand or want to learn more. I don’t socialize a lot anyways, but now I am distancing myself from a good portion of my limited social circle because I am sick of people telling me I am acting manic when I get excited about something or have trouble sleeping. Thanks for letting me vent.
