Petrovac or Bar montenegro? Coming from Shkoder Albania

Hello! I will be coming to Montenegro next week!
Im coming from Shkoder and planning to take a bus.
Should I get off at Bar or Petrovac?

I really want to spent most of my time at the beach, cafes, walking around nice streets. No need for nightlife and such.

I'm having the hardest time deciding which is the better option.

Also, considering I'm without a car, I need an OK bus system, (or taxi?) to get to the beaches.

Montenegro without a car- tips?

I'm coming next week to Montenegro from Albania, can I deal without a car?

I wish to visit some beaches near Petrovac, Sveti Stefan, Budva, hike a bit at Zabljak, then Kotor bay.

Are there buses going to these places easily? Can I stay around Budva and get to the near towns?

And the north hiking, are there buses to there?

If not, would love to hear car rental tips, I'll probably want to rent at Budva and return it at Kotor

Am I overpacking? 1 month Balkan trip may-June

Hi!
Im losing my mind over packing for this trip..(Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia)
Travelling with one 38 L backpack (quechua) as a carry on. (Should weigh 7 kg)
I also have a cross body bag that I plan putting the fleece in and flight stuff.

I fear I'm overpacking, but cant seem to decide what to let go of as I'm confused about the weather and also am trying to stay fairly fashionable haha..

My plan for the trip is light hikes-beaches-city days. I have one 3-day trip, that I will need to dress appropriately for, and the rest of the days consist 40ish minute walks to see waterfalls and such..

CLOTHES PACKED:
2x t shirts (one is Airism)
3x tank tops
1x dryfit t shirt
1x Linen short
1x sport short
1x linen dress
1x cotton pants
1x cargo pants
1x short leggings
1x 3/4 sleeve cotton shirt
1x thin long sleeve shirt
1x thermal long sleeve
Sweamsuit
1x light capri sweatpants
1x sleep tshirt(forgot to add photo)
1x foldable windbreaker(forgot to add picture)

Shoes:
Tevas
Feyue sneakers
Havaianas thongs

Misc(not pictured):
Ipad
microfiber towel
Sun hat
Lightweight Beach towel

Wearing for flight:
Jeans
T shirt
Light fleece
Hiking shoes

I'm mostly worried about the weather, and cant figure out which season to pack for, so I packed everything.

Would love your help and expertise.. thank you all!!

Valbonë to Theth, with shala river, mid may- Albania

Hi!
I will be coming to Albania around 20th of may.
I'm planning to do the Valbonë to Theth hike, firstly with a stop at shala river.

The minivan picks us up from Theth back to Shkoder at 5pm, should I stay 2 nights? Is there enough to do for two full days? (One with overnight and the next until 5 pm)

Also, can u tell me how the weather usually is around that time? Wondering what to pack!

I'm a beginner at hiking, so tips are really appreciated.
