Is this normal for a nursing momma cat? Thanks in advance!

My cat pumpkin had a litter on the 1st and has been doing a great job feeding them so far! I’ve been bottle feeding the runt. it had to have sugar water the second day it was out because It was lethargic and wouldn’t eat or wake up. It’s doing way better now and the rest of the babies are getting big.
Two of the babies are extra large and get aggressive sometimes and slapbox over the boob. I noticed last night that pumpkins nipples looked a little red and like they had a rash This morning I took these because I finally got a good look at them. She seems like it’s hurting her to nurse the two bigger ones especially when they fight, she’ll cry out or stand up real fast. The biggest grabbed ahold of my nipple through my shirt and it definitely has some teeth😭 I believe all of them have some. The culprits are the first pic swipe to see mommas condition.

Is mama okay and how can I help her? I feel so bad for her.
