Hello again. :D It turns out I have a major hormonal imbalance; I have ovarian cysts and was prescribed birth control pills, but I'm just starting the treatment. Has anyone else experienced this and can tell me if any of these treatments have helped control PPPD? Or if they actually worsen PPPD?

Well, it turns out I've been getting the flu repeatedly, and now I can't stand my ears and eyes anymore. I literally can't do anything because everything feels like too much of a stimulus. I woke up feeling worse than when I went to sleep... Have you ever felt like this?

I feel like I've even developed tinnitus with this flu, and I seriously don't know what to do because the PPPD is so terrible
