Hello, I recently went on holiday and signed up to ‘ultimate leisure club’ we stated our intention to cancel the agreement within 5 business days as it is not something we actually want.
We have been going around in circles and are over $1500 (we are UK based) down. I would like to cancel any agreement and receive a refund but I have not had success with raising a chargeback through Monzo or in getting any money back from this ‘Panama’ registered company.
Help is very appreciated!
