Pay structure/duties

I currently work fulltime and have been loosely 'running' my husbands social media for his pest control business. It's a $2mil business in Texas, and I've been helping out becasue I genuinely like managing the social media. I am leaving my job soon and my husband offered to make me the actual social media manager....but part time. His team is at a loss for how much they should pay me. I think it could easily be a full time job, but it's just not in their cards right now to make that happen. But hopefully in the future. He wants to pay me what I deserve but we both have no clue how much it should be...

I do have experience with social media as I have my own small business i post for, and my person accounts have somewhat of a following.

Things I would be doing:

- Creating weekly content schedule

- taking all pictures/videos (this would include going around to different locations to meet technicians on the job to get content)

- Editing all content

- Posting content, managing comments, screening local posts, responding to messages, etc for Facebook and TikTok

I would love any feedback and input.

Song help!!!

Help lol I can’t think of what song this is and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve listened to it hundreds of times but for the life of me I can’t remember what it’s called.

I literally can only think of one little part where it said “and it goes like boing boing boing” i think it may be a jaw harp or something???

Can a manuf home be lowered?

ETA: In Texas. We are signing papers for our custom manuf. home soon and my only qualm is how high up they are. I don't want that many steps for physical or aesthetic reasons. Is there a way to have it lowered? A couple steps would be fine. I don't necessarily want to pour a slab and put it straight on the ground. Just a bit lower?
