I'm late game (just started Albion) and while I have about 4 really strong squads, the rest are quite poorly matched and feel like characters I've just thrown together. I feel bad because they're all great and have much potential, and want a fully tuned and powerful army!

Just wondering what the best pairings are?

Also, is it just me or does Joseph go from the strongest character early game to quite weak and often killed late game? Poor geezer is getting unhorsed in almost every battle.
