Do I need to do the JLI interview?

I got an email saying I was one of the "stronger" essays and that I should complete an interview. Shortlists come out in two days and I see that the interview is conducted using AI. I am really against AI in general and suspect this is just another thing they're doing to train their models / collect data.
If I don't complete the interview by tomorrow will I lose my chances at being shortlisted? I don't want to contribute to a data farm, nor use AI, but this is also a really big deal for me.
Is it even possible for them to go through hundreds of interviews in two days and let them influence the shortlisted essays? (Given they aren't using ai to also choose the essays).

SAT Prep - No resources

I need a 1400+ on the SAT before October when I apply to university, my school never really taught math/not very well (online school, one 5 question quiz per month) and english is my second language, how should I study?

I know Khan Academy is quite informative but the courses are a little rough since I don't have alot of prior math knowledge 😭
My latest practice scores are around 1200 (low math, high r&w)

Its really overwhelming since I don't know where to start and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lock in and what resources I should use?
