A small Bauhaus detail that stuck with me in Munich

I took this at a museum in Munich.
There were so many incredible objects on display, but for some reason this worn Bauhaus Dessau panel ended up being one of the things I kept thinking about.
As someone interested in graphic design, it was kind of surreal seeing a small physical trace of a school that influenced so much of 20th-century design. It wasn’t the biggest or flashiest exhibit, but somehow it felt more memorable than a lot of the finished pieces.
Funny how sometimes the smallest details end up leaving the biggest impression.

Seeing a runway in person really changes how you look at clothes.

I ended up watching the Vetements menswear show in Paris yesterday, and honestly the biggest surprise wasn’t the collection.
It was seeing everything happen in real life. The pace, the crowd, the styling details… it’s completely different from watching runway videos later online.
Curious if anyone else has had that experience. Has seeing a show in person ever changed how you look at fashion?

2 nights trip! Looking for good pub and bar recommendations 🍻

I just arrived in Frankfurt today for a short 2 nights trip! I'm really excited to explore the city.
Since my time here is limited, I want to make the most of my evenings. Could you recommend some of your favorite pubs or bars?
I’m open to anything—whether it's a traditional place to try the famous apple wine, a cozy craft beer pub, or a cool cocktail bar with a nice vibe. Somewhere with a friendly atmosphere where a traveler would feel welcome would be amazing.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions, and I can't wait to check out your city!

Anyone tried volnewmer for enlarged pores? looking for real experiences

hey everyone,
korean guy in my 30s living in switzerland here.
I’ll be visiting korea in a few months and thinking about finally doing something about my skin while I’m there.

My biggest concerns are enlarged pores (especially around the cheeks/nose area) and some old acne scarring. Nothing super severe, but it’s one of those things I’ve been noticing more lately.

I’ve been doing some research and keep seeing Volnewmer mentioned for pores and skin texture. On paper it sounds interesting, but it’s hard to tell what’s actual patient experience and what’s just clinic marketing.

Has anyone here done Volnewmer specifically for enlarged pores?
Did you notice a real improvement? How long did the results last?
Also curious if anyone with similar concerns ended up doing something else instead (RF microneedling, laser, subcision, etc.) and felt it worked better.
Not really looking for clinic ads, mostly hoping to hear some honest first-hand experiences before I book anything.
Thanks 🙏

Pretty good weekend tbh

somewhere near the german border last weekend

sat there for a bit and completely lost track of time

not much happened, which was kinda the point 😅

days like this make the basel area hard to complain about

Lugano felt surprisingly different from basel in the best way

visited lugano for the first time last weekend

been living in basel for a while now and I’ve really grown attached to the whole vibe there
rhein evenings, quiet neighborhoods, trams everywhere, people sitting by the river after work… it feels very grounded and livable to me

but arriving in lugano honestly felt refreshing in a completely different way

palm trees, lake views everywhere, italian being spoken around you, warm evening light, even a vintage classic car exhibition happening in the center when I arrived 😅

not “better” or worse, just surprisingly different for the same country

sometimes I forget how much variety switzerland actually has packed into a relatively small place

already missing early spring tbh 😭

took this photo back in early march and somehow I’m already missing this weather lol

summer literally just started and I’m already melting on the tram every afternoon 😅

kinda miss those quiet early spring days when everything in basel started turning green again
plus these pink trees were everywhere for like 2 weeks and then just disappeared overnight

maybe it’s just me but spring in basel might actually be the best season here

Anyone here actually tried exosomes for thinning hair?

hey, korean guy in my 30s living abroad here

been paying more attention to skin/hair stuff the last few years and recently started noticing some mild thinning around the front/top area

nothing super dramatic yet, but enough that I kinda want to deal with it early instead of waiting until it gets obvious

during my last derm visit, the doctor brought up exosomes + microneedling
looked into it a bit afterwards and honestly… prices are kinda crazy 😅

I’m not against spending money on treatments if they genuinely help, but at the same time I really don’t wanna throw a bunch of money at something that’s mostly marketing hype

online reviews feel very mixed too
some people say it helped density/texture, others say they barely noticed anything

so I’m curious if anyone here actually did a proper course of exosomes for hair loss/thinning

especially wondering:
– how long before you noticed anything?
– was it actually noticeable or more subtle?
– did it feel meaningfully different from PRP?

not really looking for clinic ads/recommendations, mostly just real experiences before deciding if it’s worth trying 🙏

took this in the city last saturday
that cloud just looked kinda wild lol… almost like it was stacked or something
basel has these random moments where you just stop for a second
also feels like it’s getting to that time again…
rhein swimming season almost here 👀
anyone already jumped in or still waiting a bit?
