The Death of Kindness: Gothic Metal Concept Album Storytelling

A woman tries to save a vampire before there's nothing left to save. This is The Death of Kindness; part of an ongoing gothic metal concept album told through AI music videos. Since the same characters appear across multiple songs, I've been putting a lot of effort into keeping them visually consistent from video to video.

I'd especially appreciate feedback on the character consistency and whether the story comes through clearly to someone seeing it for the first time.

I've started working with LTX, and this is one of my first music videos built around that workflow. I'd love any feedback from other AI music video creators, especially on the motion, editing or the overall video. I know that vampire metal might not be for every so that is why it is tagged NSFW.

I made a gothic metal AI music video for a dark fantasy story, this one finally felt like a quality jump

I’ve been building a connected gothic horror / dark fantasy music-video series based on my Bloodstained Dreams story world, and this new one is where I feel like the AI video side finally started clicking.

The song is Daughter of Ruin, centered on Eisheth Zenunim, once adored, then condemned, now returning not as a savior but as something much darker.

I focused hard on character consistency, ritual imagery, and making the visuals support the emotional story instead of just looking cool. Still learning, but this one feels like a turning point.

Would love feedback on the visuals, pacing, and whether the story comes through.

Left Behind in Hell | Brutal Death Metal | AI Music Video

Five years ago, the world ended.

No trumpets.
No fire.
No judgment.

The Antichrist took one look at humanity and walked away.

Left Behind in Hell is a brutal death metal track built around the idea that Hell isn't a place you go. It's the world we created after the end came and nobody noticed.

This is the second chapter in my Echoes of a Dying World series.

Lyrics and vocals by me. Additional instrumentation, orchestration, and production were completed with Suno.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the concept, music, or video.

[LFG] FEMALE VOCALIST WANTED Clean + Harsh Vocals for Ongoing Dark Metal Project

I'm looking for a female vocalist who can perform both clean vocals and harsh vocals for an established dark metal project.

I've been releasing original music weekly for the past nine months and have built an ongoing project centered around original stories, recurring characters, and cinematic music videos. The project currently includes a released album on streaming platforms, nearly 800 YouTube subscribers, and multiple collaborations with human vocalists.

A little about how I work:

  • I write all lyrics myself.
  • I write and perform my own guitar parts.
  • Songs are built around original stories and characters.
  • I currently use AI-assisted production and vocals because I don't have a permanent vocalist or band.

I've worked with several vocalists already, but I'm looking for someone who could become a recurring collaborator and potentially the primary voice of the project moving forward.

Looking for:

  • Strong clean vocals
  • Harsh vocals / screams
  • Home recording capability
  • Interest in dark metal, gothic metal, metalcore, symphonic metal, or related styles

If interested, send me examples of your vocals and tell me a little about yourself. I'll gladly share examples of the project and answer any questions.

Female Vocalist Wanted – Clean & Harsh Vocals

I'm looking for a female vocalist who can perform both clean vocals and harsh vocals for an ongoing dark metal project.

I run The Bloody Path Home, a music and storytelling project that combines original songs, recurring characters, novels, and cinematic music videos. I've released a new original song and video every week for the past nine months and currently have dozens of completed tracks available on YouTube and streaming platforms.

A little about how I work:

  • I write all lyrics myself.
  • I write and perform my own guitar parts.
  • Songs are built around original stories and characters.
  • I currently use AI-assisted production and vocals in many tracks because I don't have a permanent vocalist or band.

I've also worked with several human vocalists on released songs, and those collaborations have only reinforced what I'm looking for now: a vocalist who can help become the voice of the project moving forward.

The project currently includes:

  • Nearly 800 YouTube subscribers
  • A song approaching 40,000 views and 1,200+ likes
  • A released album on Spotify and other streaming services
  • An active release schedule with new music every week

What I'm looking for:

  • Strong clean vocals
  • Harsh vocals or screams
  • Home recording capability
  • Interest in dark metal, gothic metal, metalcore, symphonic metal, or related styles
  • Someone interested in recurring collaboration rather than a one-off session

Ultimately, I'm looking for more than a guest vocalist. I'd like to find someone who connects with the music, stories, and atmosphere of the project and wants to help shape where it goes next.

Examples of the project:
The Bloody Path Home - YouTube

If you're interested, send me some examples of your work and tell me a little about yourself.

No Edge Remains | Leviathan | Official Music Video

>

I just finished the second entry in my Four Gates Cycle and wanted to share it here.

This one is called No Edge Remains (Leviathan).

The first gate, From Dust I Remain (Lilith), was about awakening from imposed identity. Leviathan explores what comes after that, the loosening of the self, the loss of fixed boundaries, and the feeling of being drawn into something older and larger than individual identity.

Rather than treating Leviathan as a monster, I approached it as a symbol of dissolution and the disappearance of separation. The song intentionally moves downward rather than toward triumph, with the visuals focused on descent, surrender, and transformation beneath an endless sea.

Musically it's a mix of gothic metal, dark ritual elements, and atmospheric female vocals. The video was created using AI video tools and stitched together to tell a continuous narrative.

I'd love any feedback on the storytelling, visual consistency, pacing, or ways I can improve future videos.

No Savior Remains | Symphonic Gothic Metal Music Video

Just released my latest music video, No Savior Remains.

This is a hybrid project combining my own guitar work, songwriting, production, editing, and AI visuals. The song is part of Daughters of Shadow, a gothic metal concept album inspired by myth, faith, and horror.

I'm always interested in feedback on both the music and the visual storytelling, especially from others working in with AI videos.

[Gothic Metal] Using a Live Vocalist to Replace an AI Guide Vocal in a Hybrid Production (Static Prayers)

I wanted to share a recent experiment from my project, The Bloody Path Home.

For this track, "Static Prayers," I started with my normal hybrid workflow: writing lyrics, building the arrangement, creating a guide vocal, and developing the overall emotional direction of the song.

The difference was replacing the guide vocal with a live performance from Carolina Padron.

What surprised me most wasn't the vocal quality itself, it was how much the emotional pacing changed. Small details like breath placement, hesitation, phrase endings, and natural imperfections completely altered the feeling of several sections.

The song is built around grief, memory, and loss, and I found that the human performance brought out emotional details that I probably wouldn't have thought to program or edit intentionally.

One lesson I took away from the process is that a guide vocal can communicate melody and structure, but a live vocalist can completely change the emotional interpretation of the material.

For those working in hybrid production, have you found similar changes when replacing guide vocals with live performers? What surprised you most about the transition?

LOOKING FOR FEMALE VOCALIST FOR GOTHIC / RITUAL HYMN PROJECT

I’m currently looking for a female vocalist for an ongoing series of ritual hymn / dark cinematic gothic metal songs under my project The Bloody Path Home.

This would NOT be a one-off feature. I’m looking for someone interested in building something long-term together across multiple songs/releases/videos.

The style sits somewhere between:
dark cinematic music, gothic metal, ritual music, trance-like hymns, and mythic storytelling.

I’m mainly looking for:
• Clean female vocals
• Dark, intimate, emotionally expressive tone
• Atmospheric delivery over overly polished “perfect” vocals
• Someone interested in helping build the project/world long-term

Example track:
From Dust I Remain (feat. Martina Qüesta)
https://youtu.be/IkZMFLWjkS4

That song is probably the best example of the atmosphere and direction I’m aiming for with this side of the project.

The project is already somewhat established:
• One song has passed 35K views on YouTube with 1.3K+ likes
• Multiple other songs are in the thousands of views
• Music is already distributed to streaming services
• Future plans include continued streaming releases and cinematic music videos

This would be a full collaboration rather than session work. Goal is to build and grow the project together over time with shared profits/revenue from releases.

If interested, send:
• Vocal demos
• Covers
• Rough recordings
• Links to previous work
• Or even simple phone recordings

The biggest thing I’m looking for is emotional tone, atmosphere, and connection to the aesthetic of the project.

Hey everyone, figured I’d introduce my process a bit since this sub is focused on hybrid production.

I create dark cinematic metal and gothic music under “The Bloody Path Home,” using a hybrid workflow that combines AI tools with traditional creative direction and production.

My process typically involves:

  • writing original lyrics and concepts
  • using Suno to build instrument stems and arrangements around guitar melodies, phrasing ideas, and structural concepts
  • external mixing and editing
  • directing and creating the videos/visuals (often AI-assisted)
  • working with guest vocalists
  • occasionally integrating my own harsh/death metal vocals
  • shaping melodies and song structure on guitar before translating them into the final track

Lately I’ve also been moving further into integrating my own original guitar riffs directly into upcoming songs rather than only using guitar as a compositional guide.

One of my main collaborators right now is Carolina Padron, whose vocals are featured on tracks like “The Shadow’s Embrace” and “Static Prayers.”

For me, the goal isn’t really “look what AI generated,” but: How can these tools become part of a larger creative process?

This track leans heavily into gothic metal, cinematic atmosphere, transformation, and identity collapse.

You can find my work under:
“The Bloody Path Home”
on YouTube, Spotify, and basically anywhere music is streamed.

Would genuinely love feedback from other hybrid creators here, especially people blending AI generation with traditional production, live instrumentation, vocal collaboration, or external editing workflows.

Before the Wing, Before the Pyre: Agrat bat Mahlat 🔥

One of the earlier mythic pieces from Bloodstained Dreams, inspired by ancient rebellion, fire, and the daughters of Lilith. This track leans heavily into symphonic darkness, ritual atmosphere, and some of the strongest cinematic visuals I’ve released so far.

Beneath flame and ruin, older things still breathe.

Experimented with a more emotionally driven approach on this one instead of going full spectacle.

Tried taking a more emotional/cinematic approach with this one instead of pure spectacle or fast cuts. More of a slow collapse atmosphere than a traditional music video. Still experimenting with blending story-driven visuals and gothic metal aesthetics together. Would love feedback on the pacing and overall vibe.
