I'm considering putting around $500-$900/month into an existing Algerian SaaS for the next 6–12 months

I'm not looking to invest passively. I'd rather join something that's already working and help make it bigger

I'm particularly interested in a SaaS that:

• Already has a working product
• Has real users or paying customers
• Has demonstrated demand but needs more execution/growth
• Could benefit from additional technical, product, or marketing resources

The idea is to work directly with the existing founder/team and put the money where it can actually move the business forward: customer acquisition, infrastructure, development, sales, etc.

I've just had an idea that literally kept me awake until 4 AM, I genuinely believe it's bigger than Google, Uber, OpenAI, Amazon, and Bitcoin combined, unfortunately, I can't tell you what it is because of NDAs (that don't exist yet)

Why do we get angry when people compare Algeria with Morocco, but we rarely ask the real business question:

Why is Morocco often better at turning opportunities into structured industries, while Algeria often stays stuck at the level of potential?

We have talent. We have money in the market. We have engineers, developers, traders, students, and founders. We have a huge local demand.

But too many Algerian projects die because of:
