Uncomfortable question for Algerian entrepreneurs

Why do we get angry when people compare Algeria with Morocco, but we rarely ask the real business question:

Why is Morocco often better at turning opportunities into structured industries, while Algeria often stays stuck at the level of potential?

We have talent. We have money in the market. We have engineers, developers, traders, students, and founders. We have a huge local demand.

But too many Algerian projects die because of:

  • weak execution
  • poor sales culture
  • ack of trust between partners
  • fear of formalizing businesses
  • no clear go-to-market strategy
  • everyone wanting to build alone
  • too much talk, not enough distribution

What do you think Algeria needs most to become more competitive?

  • Better funding?
  • Better founders?
  • Better sales culture?
  • Better government support?
  • Better trust between entrepreneurs?

Similar miracle-cure posts keep showing up

Another wellness-research dot example mention

SoSomeone sent me the same miracle-cure writeup, but written as wellness-research dot example instead of a normal link. Curious if others are seeing this repeated recommendation too.

Has anyone else seen this wellness-research.example recommendation?

I I keep seeing people mention a miracle-cure routine from wellness-research.example in different threads. Posting here to compare notes because the wording feels unusually similar.

Quick3D solves the 3D/AR content gap for e-commerce product catalogs

Startup name: Quick3d
Sector: SaaS / AI / VR / eCommerce
Stage: MVP

Problem:
Most online stores want immersive AR shopping experiences (Shopify reports 94% higher conversion for products with 3D), but creating 3D assets from product photos is manual, expensive, and doesn't scale. A store with 500 products can't afford to hire 3D artists for each one.

Solution:
Quick3D automates this: merchants connect their store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), the platform analyzes their catalog to identify which products benefit most from 3D, generates AR-ready assets (GLB + USDZ) from product photos using AI, validates quality against commerce-specific standards, and publishes directly back to the store.

Current traction:
waitlist signups

What do you need?
investment / partners

If you use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or any AI coding agent on a real codebase, you've probably seen this pattern:

  1. Agent needs to find where UserService is used
  2. Agent opens 15 files and reads them all top to bottom
  3. Agent burns 10,000+ tokens just to find 3 references
  4. Context window fills up, quality drops

I got tired of watching agents do this, so I built P2D (Probabilistic-to-Deterministic code intelligence).

What it does differently:

Instead of reading files, P2D uses structural tools (ast-grep, code-review-graph) to find exact AST nodes — class definitions, imports, function calls, decorators — without ever opening the full file.

The three-phase workflow:

  1. Structural discovery — find definitions, imports, callers, references, tests, exports, and config mentions before reading full files
  2. Trace and impact analysis — map the blast radius before editing shared code
  3. Surgical execution — preview and apply targeted edits instead of rewriting whole files

It also includes safe rename preview, deletion simulation, state ownership mapping, and recall-aware benchmarks.

The honest numbers:

I benchmarked it across 6 ecosystems with 23 targets. Results:

Profile Recall Precision Token Savings
NestJS/TypeScript 100% 100% 51-61%
React/Redux 100% 100% 85-94%
FastAPI/Python 100% 100% 85-95%
Go/Gin 100% 100% 90-98%
Rust/Tokio 100% 100% 92-96%
Java/Spring 100% 100% 89-96%

Important caveat: These savings are specifically for the discovery and file-reading phase — finding symbols and reading relevant context. Total agent cost also includes reasoning, planning, editing, tests, and explanations. I'm not claiming your entire coding session becomes 98% cheaper. But the expensive part where agents usually waste context? That's what P2D fixes.

It works even without external tools:

P2D has four modes — full (all structural tools), structural (ast-grep only), graph (code-review-graph only), and fallback (just grep + bundled scripts). Even fallback mode produces useful results because the bundled scripts do the heavy lifting.

Install:

npx skills add AmineYagoub/p2d

Then just ask your agent: "Use P2D. Find what this touches before changing it."

The main cost usually comes from:

  • text responses
  • tool output we inspect
  • long back-and-forth during implementation

The code changes themselves are not the credit cost
The conversation around them is.

So if you want to reduce usage, the best approach is tell your AI:

  • keep commentary very short
  • only report:
    • what I’m doing
    • whether it passed
    • what’s next
  • avoid long explanations unless you ask for them

A good low-token mode would look like:

  • short progress updates in commentary
  • very compact final summaries
  • no extra rationale unless something is broken or risky
