Chronic anal fissure, Two weeks post fissurectomy and anal skin tag removal , 33F , pain , burning and stinging and spasms after bowel movements still very much present. Is there light at the end of the tunnel? I have a 3 month old to tend to and this is taking a toll on mental health. Please share some positive stories, thank you!
