Not a buy/sell post, but where would I go to buy a laptop?

SOLVED Thanks everyone! Going to Sensible Recycling right now. They seem great.

Previous post:

I know it's against the rules to ask here, but the people on FB marketplace are completely hopeless about giving any information about the laptops they list, so that website is useless for someone who wants to buy one. And eBay has almost nobody from Jacksonville. So is there some online marketplace that actually works where people buy/sell stuff?

I just need a marketplace that will allow me to sort for these five things: 1. RAM: Two options. Option A: ≥ 12GB RAM if more can be added later. Option B: ≥32GB RAM if no more can be added later. 2. Screen size: ≥15 inch. 3. Screen resolution: xxxx × xxxx where at least one of the xxxx is ≥2000. 4. Keyboard has a numpad. 5. Price: <$1000.

Literally I cannot find a marketplace for Jacksonville that lists this basic info, and I would buy the first one that fits the criteria today as soon as I see it. But the problem is that FB marketplace doesn't have sorting by any of these things, and even if they did, people don't list it.

tldr: There must be some decent marketplace for the Jacksonville area, or is there none? 😞

Edit: I meant a used laptop. They are just a better deal in general.

Conditional formatting help

I have a column of cells, and each cell is an equation that computes a value based on values in the row. Then the column is formatted as percentages.

So it looks like a column of percentages. It's column Q.

I am just trying to highlight everything in green in column Q that is less than or equal to Q9. I am using conditional formatting, and I can't get it to work.

I've tried the less than or equal to. It doesn't work. I've tried custom formula with =Q3<=$Q$9. Doesn't work. I tried random things that Google Gemini is telling me, like =AND(ISNUMBER(Q3), Q3<=$Q$9), and it doesn't work.

(If anyone from Google is reading this: Google Sheets is so bad that you should be embarrassed to say that you work at Google just because of Google Sheets. Just copy Excel, please.)

Apply for options before switching to Fidelity?

Hi, I've been wanting to switch to Fidelity from Schwab for several reasons (e.g., cash sweep, fractional limit orders, superior app, etc.), but the only thing holding me back is that I don't seem to be able to ensure that I will be able to remain at the highest tier of options trading (selling naked puts) at Fidelity.

It would be a hassle to switch to Fidelity and then have to switch right back to Schwab to keep the higher options tier. Is there some way to ensure being able to keep the same tier that I have at Schwab? Or at least a way to apply and get a definitive answer on this before opening a Fidelity account?
