how to maintain a decent rate of improvement with little time to hit the vaaks?

im a recent grad and have finally obtained a fulltime job

im very grateful, as some of you may know the job market is pretty difficult but this unfortunately hinders my time to play, as now i have anywhere from 5-30ish minutes to aim train, an hour if im lucky

im curious if yall have any tips to slow down my transition to a washed 9-5er even with limited time

this community is the best :)

genuinely ive never been apart of a more constructive and positive environment in any game, work, or academic setting than aim training. its extremely motivating and helpful being able to reach out to likeminded people and hear insights of those who have much more experience and skill than me

a week or so ago i asked for help (mainly with static) as majority of my tracking scenarios were jade, while not even being plat complete, and thanks to members of this community, i have completely shattered any expectations i had for myself

thank you again all who gave some advice, and looking forward to learning and growing more as an aimer

side note i need some help with switching why is it so harddd any tips would be appreciated :c

what is the best way to approach training moving forward?

hello, i made a post here the other day about being cooked and how lopsided my voltaic scores are, and i have some questions about how i should continue training

ive seen people say with similar scores that they fully switched to static, however their tracking scores would drop (as expected), and that i should work on my weakness (which is definitely clicking and switching)

however ive also seen people mention that due to my tracking id be most likely to advance to dia/jade on switching faster than static and clicking

so my main question here is what to do from here?

maybe continue tracking and grind for master prior to switching to other categories?

do switching and look to hit dia/jade?

or hard focus on static and try to improve where im weakest?

looking for advice on what would be the most efficient way to improve, thanks!
