Hello! I just purchased this Kodak S series s400sl from Goodwill yesterday and noticed it had a broken connector prong in the battery terminal due to corrosion. Unfortunately I can't test the camera's functionality without the batteries, so I wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions? Is it possible to somehow fix or replace the connector prong myself? I've seen some posts suggesting to add a piece of aluminum foil, but it still won't work. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just beyond repair, but I would greatly appreciate any help I could get!!
