Should I move here?

So, recently, I’ve been looking to move out of my small hometown that I, unfortunately, found myself in again. In my free time, I’d make car road trips to Idaho and fell in love with it, to my surprise. I was looking at potential places to move and I looked up Pocatello. The first thing that caught my eye when I saw images of Pocatello, was a sign on their Main Street saying ‘Purpose’. I did some research on the college there and they not only offer classes in something I’m incredibly interested in, but their mascot is a bengal tiger…my favorite animal. About two weeks ago I went car camping for the first time. I went to St. Anthony, Idaho to see the sand dunes. I had a lovely time and after I was done I wondered how far it would be to Pocatello to check it out. When I typed it into my Apple Maps, the time was 2:22pm, it told me it would take an 1 hours and 11 minutes to get there, and I’d be arriving at 3:33 pm. That was enough of a sign for me to make the trip. So, as I was driving, I saw several signs along the road (I’m very big into signs) I saw a truck that said ‘you are loved’, a sign that said ‘you are enough’ and just outside Pocatello a sign that said ‘your next big break is here.’ When I entered Pocatello, someone had a sign in their yard that said ‘please stay here.’ I was baffled to say the least. I decided I wanted dinner and I went to park to walk to the restaurant and I went to drop a pin so my mom could see my location…and the pin said I was parked on 333 Main Street. I was beside myself. I decided to walk down main towards the sign that said Purpose and on the other side of the building it said ‘make your own terms’. Could be just crazyyyyy coincidence or I’m reading into things too much but ever since going there, I can’t get it out of my mind. I can’t help but think I could be happy there. The only thing is that it’s my Mars MC line that cuts directly through it, which I read can be stressful at times and not good for long term stay. However, Mars MC line is also indicative of career opportunities, leadership, and a chance to be recognized…all things I’ve been looking for to share my music. I’m not sure what the best decision is but my heart tells me to go. Is there anything I should be worried about?

I’m a 24F and he’s 18M. He asked me on a date, do I go?

Im a 24f and he’s 18m…he asked me to go on a date? Do I?

Over the Fourth of July weekend I spent my time downtown and ran into lots of people I knew. There is this guy I’ve recently met through a close family friend and he happened to ask me out on a date when he caught me on the street. I was shocked and flattered, I let him know my age and he said he didn’t care. He wants to take me dancing and it sounds like cute idea but the judgement from others sounds like a nightmare. Do I cancel or do I let myself enjoy a simple date and see where it all goes? Please, be honest. This whole situation feels odd but the conversations I’ve had with him since have been lovely and feel easy. I feel conflicted.

More context, I live in my hometown and I don’t go out drinking much, it’s something I’d like to stay away from. The people at bars are the worst crowd and not worth trying to date. I refuse to get on any dating app again. Ever. And finding someone organically in such a small town feels impossible. I guess, until now? We click well but he’s much younger than me.

Please help.
