Iam not a MIT student,but my college does not have a library of its own,so can i access the edu building health sciences library?

P.S- I have mahe ID card

Which is the biggest Library for students other than the MIT library?

I just wanted to know if our cgpa will increase after we have passed the supplementary exam?
