Going to keep this to the point....

Placed an order for the Wave 3 + Battery

1.5 weeks later it shipped

Wave 3 arrived without the battery which "should" be coming about three weeks after.

Let it sit for around 8hrs as I was working.

After turning it on within 4-5 mins it had an error code 35(over pressure).

Done as per the instructions, leave it unplugged for 30mins or what ever(actually left it over night)

Tried again the next morning and the same error code.

Unable to try a FW update as the app says it isn't connected to the internet even when I can see it from my router. With 5GHz turned off....

It did try once but it failed to recognise the serial number.. (it was purchased from EchoFlow website....

I raised a support ticket which I assume got lost in the etha as I haven't even had an acknowledgement that it has been received let alone being looked at.

Called customer support and the tech team will get back to me in 5-7 days! After paying over £1100 for a product that doesn't work.

This is just a very expensive fan..

As an electronics engineer, it has all the hallmarks of being rushed to market. This product isn't ready for production.

I will stear clear of EchoFlow forevermore
