For months I've been focused on designing the 'Ultimate Nuvio Starter Pack'. You may be familiar with my 'mega collection' with over 50,000 downloads, now being featured in multiple addons. The collection is only one piece of the puzzle, and doesn't require any addons to fill your home screen. But what about the rest of Nuvio?

What about setting up a profile from scratch? Diving deep into the various Nuvio settings that make it unique? Setting up scrapers and debrids? All this can be incredibly complicated when it really doesn't have to be.

Thats where Kaptain.Stream comes in.

After months of development, I have moved my tools to a new site. Kaptain.Stream is a suite of tools designed to make the setup, customization, and sharing of a Nuvio account or profile incredibly easy. Dare I say, foolproof.

What Changed With the Collection:

• TV Networks Expansion (30 ➔ 68 Hubs):
  • Added 38 new global networks including BET, BBC Two/Three/Four, ITV/ITV2, Channel 5, Dave, Cinemax, Freeform, Lifetime, Hallmark, Animal Planet, TV Land, truTV, Canal+, Tokyo MX, TV Tokyo, tvN, and JTBC.
  • Every network features matching, Cinematic Ghost cover & hover art with clean brand logos and subtle ambient halos.

  • Automatically filters and reorders streaming services to match what is actually available in your country, complete with localized vote floors.
• Smarter "Send to Nuvio" Wizard:
  • Add Missing Mode: Lets you inject new v0.92 catalogs without messing up your existing custom row order or personal favorites in Nuvio.
  • Replace Mode: One-click clean slate install if you want the full layout from scratch.
• UI & Preview Polish:
  • Fixed scroll dead-zones on desktop and layout clipping in the Step 3 Customize drawer.
  • Smoother TV and Mobile emulator views to preview exact focus glow and hover states before sending to your device.

Hey all! Back with another update available for testing. Launching v0.91 today with some major overhauls to both Art and the Collection Sources.

How to Access the Test Version

Hey all! I'm launching a new 'beta' mode of my collections to get more feedback on updates before I push. Its super simple to access and your help would be greatly appreciated!

What changed?

• Streaming Services rebuilt on native TMDB Discover (Top 10s stay as lists)
  • Note: Streaming services now use Watch Provider with US Catalog configuration and no language filter. This means non-english titles will populate in the lists if they are actually found on that services catalog in the US.
• Smarter vote floors by list type: Popular, New, Top Rated, AVOD vs premium
• Exclusions: adult/softcore cleanup on Romance; Animation/docs stripped from live-action Comedy, Moods, and more
• Anime converted from lists to TMDB Discover with adult/ecchi blocks and sharper subfolders
• Romance Series / RomCom Series fixed off Drama/Comedy-only mismatches

What feedback do I need?

• Anything and everything.
• The whole point of this update is to maximize what is possible with the new native TMDB Discover filters.

I know.. I know.. SO MANY UPDATES KAPTAIN. Here's the deal. This collection is still very much a beta and work in progress, hence the v0 not v1. My suggestion to everyone that continues to update and follow along with my progress is INSTALL IN A NEW PROFILE FIRST. Test it out for a bit, if you find something wrong, I'm quick to fix it. If you installed previously and enjoy it as is, consider waiting for v1.0 to launch for the official 'Final' version, not beta updates that may have bugs/issues. I

Hey Nuvio Family. It's been a bit since the last update, but this one is HUGE. I hinted a while ago that I was going to be ditching AIO Metadata for native integration, and now it has happened.

All previous collections have been maintained* and ported over to either TMDB lists or Trakt lists. A TON of the trakt lists are maintained by me. I think I'm now over 500 lists on Trakt. I have them setup to dynamically update when needed so things stay fresh.

I added new art for Actors and Directors, expanded Anime, and gave all streaming services a very robust overhaul including genre specific breakdowns for each service.

How to Install (Official Nuvio Collection Update Pending):

1. Download JSON from Above
2. Log in to Nuvio on Web, TV, or Mobile
3. Navigate to Account, then Collections
4. Click Import Collections, then select the downloaded JSON
5. Done. Add any additional addons you'd like, such as a debrid service and scraper.

My personal collection tool is now extremely robust, so I can pump updates even faster without having to worry about addons.
