Hey friends, Kaptain here.

For months I've been focused on designing the 'Ultimate Nuvio Starter Pack'. You may be familiar with my 'mega collection' with over 50,000 downloads, now being featured in multiple addons. The collection is only one piece of the puzzle, and doesn't require any addons to fill your home screen. But what about the rest of Nuvio?

What about setting up a profile from scratch? Diving deep into the various Nuvio settings that make it unique? Setting up scrapers and debrids? All this can be incredibly complicated when it really doesn't have to be.

Thats where Kaptain.Stream comes in.

After months of development, I have moved my tools to a new site. Kaptain.Stream is a suite of tools designed to make the setup, customization, and sharing of a Nuvio account or profile incredibly easy. Dare I say, foolproof.

The Features:

• 60-Second Express Setup: Pushes a complete, working setup directly to your Nuvio profile through a simple step-by-step wizard.
• Debrid & Scraper Setup: Integrates Real-Debrid, Torbox, Premiumize, and AllDebrid. Configures Torrentio and Comet with sensible defaults so you don't have to deal with raw manifest URLs.
• Collection Picker: Take the full mega collection or cherry-pick specific genre hubs, movie franchises, decades, and studio networks.
• Device Presets: Tunes stream limits, background effects, and poster caching specifically for what you're running on (Fire Sticks, Shield, Smart TVs, phones, or PC) so lower-spec hardware doesn't struggle.
• Profile Studio: A visual home screen editor in your browser. Reorder rows, toggle folders on or off, swap artwork, and preview your layout before saving.
• Subtitles & Playback Settings: Dial in subtitle styling, colors, and language priorities with a live preview, plus auto-skip options for intros and credits.
• Backups & Shareable Links: Save snapshots of your profile, or generate a link so friends and family can clone your exact setup without needing you to walk them through it.
• 100% Web-Based: Nothing to install, no scripts to run, and no terminal commands.

Check it out live at Kaptain.Stream!

Whether you're starting from scratch or fine-tuning your existing profile, give it a try and let me know your thoughts below.

I'd love to hear from the addon community- what could my setup/config tool do for you that would help your addon experience?

See you on the seas,

-Kaptain

Hey r/nuvioaddons,

We're the team behind Seenr ( https://seenr.app ) , a tracker for shows and movies (and anime, manga, books and games if you're into that). Nuvio support just landed and this seemed like the right place to show it and hear what you think.

Two ways to use it, together or apart

1. Link your Nuvio account. In Seenr, "You" tab, Auto-tracking, pick Nuvio and sign in with your Nuvio email and password. The password is used once to open a session and is never stored. Several profiles on the account? Pick yours. From then on, every episode and movie you finish is checked off in Seenr, with the time, on all your devices, and Seenr remembers where you are in what you haven't finished. Nothing to confirm.
2. Add the Seenr addon. Copy your personal link from the same screen, then in Nuvio: Settings, Addons, paste it and add it. It puts your Seenr rows on the Nuvio home screen, next to your other addons' catalogs: Up next in your shows, Upcoming, Watchlist, For you, Trending on Seenr, what your friends are watching, and the lists you pinned on your Seenr home. Movies and series apart. You pick the rows from Seenr, and a row you turn off leaves the Nuvio home right away.

The addon also spots what you play. Since the addon protocol only tells us that a playback started, never that it ended, it asks "Did you finish it?" and you confirm in one tap. With the account linked as well, the addon stays quiet about what the account already saw, so nothing is counted twice.

What it does not do

• No streams. It's a tracker, not a source. It stays out of your sources list on purpose, and titles open with your own sources.
• The account sync reads your Nuvio library and never writes to it. It covers what you watch from the moment you link, not before, and Nuvio has to keep your progress itself: if you handed that to another service in its settings, nothing comes through.
• Nuvio doesn't push anything to us, so we check back at regular intervals rather than the second you finish.

Install

• Free Seenr account, then "You" tab, Auto-tracking, Nuvio.
• Setup guide with pictures: https://seenr.app/en/integrations/nuvio

Seenr is free, no ads, on web, iOS and Android, and you can export everything anytime. Data is hosted in Europe. Every Seenr page also has a Nuvio button that opens the title in the app.

Happy to answer anything. And if there's a row you'd want on your home screen that we don't have yet, say it, that's the easiest thing for us to add.

How I show all this ratings
Also, whenever I start an episode, it runs very slowly at first what is the reason for that?

Basically the title. How do I get network of the shows shown here? Is there any particular addon or plugin that I need to install?
