Hey this is my first fan expo and I see a lot of talk that I should pre order my autograph if I can. There is someone I want to see who I can pre order now but the times are not listed yet. Is this time a personalized slot to get my autograph or just a general time when the line itself opens and I’ll just be waiting in line when the line opens?

I've never been to a fan expo but plan to go to the Boston event this August. I plan to grab a few autographs, is it suggested to pay for them ahead of time? One of the guests I want to see has them on the site where I can pay now, If it's suggested I can just do it now but if its not gonna really change anything I can wait
