Took a step back and calculated my net worth today. Money tied up in retirement accounts and stuff never felt real and neither do RSUs

I’m just shy about $210k- the majority of which is in my Roth IRA, brokerage, and vested/unvested RSUs (more RSUs coming soon).

Rest of money is in my car, HSA, 401k, and checkings account.

Anyone older with more experience have any suggestions on how to protect this and grow it fairly aggressively?

I just turned 22 and want to lower the risk of my Roth. Tbh I don’t know much about the etfs and mmfs I see a lot on this page. Open to any feedback and recs
