Heya

My mom likes to bake a lot, and she often bakes with a friend or two in big amounts; 20KG of bread for example. They mix the dough by hand because the only mixer she has is like 5 - 10kg and she can't be bothered to do it multiple times.. So I want to get her something good, that'll last a while and have enough power to not smoke up when mixing a heavy/full 20KG bowl. Any recommendations? I've seen her look at 16KG models so I guess that can be the minimum, but 20KG ones could be ideal.

Sorry for the vague/baking-illiterate post, but I hope you guys got some reliable recommendations that won't struggle with 20KG dough :D
