Why Does He Still Have Anti-Heal?
I’ve been a Dr.Strange main since launch. I play this game every day, I’m Champion, and I’ve never understood the decision to add anti-heal to his dark energy mechanic, especially now.
Strange has been power-crept for a while. He always suffers in brawl metas. When Emma released, he was a portal boy, and now he’s struggling against Dino too.
So why am I still being forced to dump dark energy? Why do I get punished with the worst debuff in the game because I used my primary fire too much? Why am I forced into an 8-second cooldown cycle just to avoid anti-heal?
People say the skill expression comes from managing your dark energy and timing your E perfectly, but couldn’t that still exist without the anti-heal punishment? Honestly, I think there’d be MORE skill expression if Strange could hold dark energy longer and decide the perfect moment to use it, even if the damage was toned down The character’s already been power-crept to oblivion. The anti-heal mechanic just makes him feel worse for no reason.
TLDR: Dr. Strange has been power-crept hard. Remove the anti-heal.
