32M, single - first time homeowner

Austin, TX. Lived with roommates since I left college, finally decided to get my own spot and happened to have a nice chunk laying around for a down payment. WFH and play drums for a few bands locally - hence the music room.

Still figuring out my design sense. Bathroom came renovated green so I wanted to have that flow through the house.

Still needs obvious work (walls are barren), but I’m proud of how the living room is coming together.
