Over the past three months we've been living in this home, our toilet downstairs in our half bath has been getting progressively louder and more "aggressive " when we flush it. It gurgles more, and occasionally it also has a large bubble or two burp back up, as if it's sucking in too much air.

We had our plumber look at it, but he was pretty quick to dismiss it as a normal quirk of Kohler toilets. We'd like a quick second opinion on whether we should have another plumber come out- we are concerned there might be an issue with our plumbing stack, or with a clog further down the drain.

Two gorgeous wood outdoor patio chairs. Basically new; all we did was remove the plastic from the cushions. Decided we just needed a different look for our porch, nothing wrong with them at all!

We paid $250 for both; willing to sell for $225 for both.
