I saw these "advertising monitors" a day after they were installed, and it's only been 2 days and it's already out 🤣
I'm not trying to bash Food Lion, but why waste money on useless items such as this? It's just another maintanence expense that's going to cost hundreds of dollars. If Food Lion has money like this to waste why can't they pay us a living wage?
So I work at a store, not gonna say which one cause I'm not looking to get fired for speaking out, but is it normal for us to be without one for almost a year now? Our front end is looking really bad we lack open available Customer Service Leader and we even have a lot quiting because our Customer Service Manager apparently just wants to go everything themselves.... she's not letting me help her with any of the regular Customer Service Leader related responsibilities like pulling lottery and or doing Tuesday Self-checkouts. I've been with Food Lion for about 5 years and never once have I been even considered for ACSM even though I have all the skills of one. Is there still something I'm missing?

Aside from the basic ordering for front end supplies and making the schedule I can do all of it.
