Best Mariokart on Raspberry pi 5?
I've got N64 mariokart running, but haven't managed to get Wii or GameCube running without unacceptable graphical glitches. Is there a mariokart that people got to run well that's newer than the N64 version?

Pitch me the distro. I accidentally discovered this distro and am now curious. I mostly use Debian based distros, usually the "easy" ones line Ubuntu and zorin, but I also have multiple headless machines that are terminal only. Am I likely to like EndeavorOS? What is it that you like about it?
I really need to get this all on a shelf then cable managed I think.
Believe it or not, this bad boy works at gigabit!
I think if this was 101' it might have reached
Hey, I’m u/Killermelon1458 and I made this because someone joked that r/homenetworkcirclejerk should exist.

So now it does.

Post your cursed Ethernet cables, sketchy switch stacks, accidental network loops, Wi-Fi cope, VLAN nonsense, cable management crimes, and home network decisions that technically work but should probably not be copied.

This is not meant to replace actual help subs. Real questions are fine, but expect some roasting if your solution involves six daisy-chained switches and a mystery cat 3 cable from 1991.

Basic rules:

1)Don’t be genuinely awful to people.

2)Don’t post private info, public IPs, passwords, etc.

3)Cursed is good. Dangerous or illegal is not.

4)If it works and makes a network engineer sad, it probably belongs here.

Post something cursed. Or don’t. I’m not your DHCP server.

Doing a remodel, and with the current network setup, this is how this is going to be. There's going to be a TV in front of it pretty tight, but the TV won't be using it. So I wanna make a shorter patch cable. Is the any reason it can't be practically straight?
I'm building my bedroom and need to design how high my TV should be on the wall. While laying in bed, the TV will be about 8' from my head. How far above my head/bed should I place the TV. My TV is 42" panel and outside dimensions are 38x22.5 and 45" diag. My bed is 22" off the floor. I'm looking for dimension from the bed to the bottom of the TV or from the floor to the bottom of the TV.
Thanks!
I'm wondering if anyone has gotten Hyprland working on a pi 5 or has a decent idea that it would or wouldn't work. Im making a TVbox and would like my own custom UI. I'm fine with a lot of work, I just want to know if it's even worth trying. Currently running raspberry pi os and cobling together Kodi, moonlight, steamlink, and retroarch.
I'm looking for fun games to play with friends who aren't gamers around the TV. Pico Park is the only example I can think of.
Hardware:
For emulation: Raspberry pi 5
For steam: Ubuntu 24.04 ryzen 3800x 2070 super
