MX-25 KDE vs. MX-25 XFCE+KDE Plasma?
Firstly, let me say that I love MX and have used it for over a year. MX25 KDE on my laptop and XFCE on my desktop PC.
I just read an article on ZDNet suggesting that one can install MX-25.2_Xfce_ahs_x64 (on newer hardware) and then install KDE Plasma desktop on top of that, to get the Plasma environment running on the newer Liquorix kernel and XFCE low latency.
At first, I was thinking ‘Why not just use the KDE spin” but he might have a point with this approach. Anyone tried that, and how did it go?
